摘 要:自制教具作为大学生就业指导课程有效互动的一个载体,能够很好地吸引学生主动参与课堂学习和思考,对提升课堂效果有很大的帮助。在自制教具过程中,由于自制教具比较辛苦,教师创造能力有限,而且实施效果也未知,导致教师对教具制作积极性不高。大学生就业指导课程中自制教具应以教学目标为导向,教育性要强,避免更多的娱乐性,使用方便,容易启发学生,只有这样才能使自制教具发挥应有的作用。As a carrier of effective interaction of college students' employment guidance course, the self-made teaching aids can better attract students to actively participate in classroom learning and thinking, and are of great h elp to improve the classroom effect. In the process of making our own teaching aids, for the work is hard, the teacher's creative ability is limited and the implementation effect is unknown, the teacher is not of high enthusiasm for making teaching aids. In the employment guidance course for college students, the self-made teaching aids should be teaching goal oriented and effectively instructive, avoid more entertainment, and be more convenient to use and easy to inspire students, which only can play the role of self-made teaching aids.
