摘 要:素养与素质是同义的概念。核心素养是指一个人成功应对实际生活中某种活动所需要的"胜任力或竞争力"。核心素养研究超越素质教育主要表现在,关注新的时代背景下人的素质(素养)培养问题、对素质(素养)含义及其结构的理解更关注人成功应对复杂情境中实际活动的需要、对核心素养结构的分析结论有助于更全面地把握人的素质结构。但是,核心素养研究需要从其关注的问题在我国的针对性、基本概念的使用、秉持的基本理念,以及如何在实践中有效推进等方面,与素质教育进行比较和对接。Competencies and quality are synonymous concepts. Key competencies refer to a person's capability or competitiveness to successfully cope with a certain task in real life. The study of key competencies is superior to the study of quality-oriented education in the following aspects. The research of key competencies is concerned with the cultivation of human quality (competencies) in the new era; The understanding of the meaning and structure of quality (competencies) is more concerned with the need of succeeding in coping with real tasks in complex situations; The conclusion of the analysis of key competencies structure would help to have a more comprehensive grasp of the quality structure of human. However, the key competencies research needs to compare and connect with the quality-oriented education in terms of the issue of concern's pertinence in China, the use of the basic concepts, the basic idea and how to advance effectively in practice.
