摘　　要：为了解国内医患沟通研究的发展现状,采用文献计量学的方法对中国期刊全文数据库中医患沟通研究的论文进行统计分析。结果显示,医患沟通研究发文量快速增长,2009年至今进入高峰阶段,成为卫生服务研究的热点问题。医疗机构和医学院校为研究的主要力量群体;根据布拉德福定律和普赖斯定律,目前国内医患沟通研究的核心期刊和核心作者群尚未形成,影响力和权威性有限,论文质量有待提高;建议加大医患沟通研究的支持力度,丰富研究内容,鼓励拓展研究角度与方法,加快研究成果转化,投入实际应用。The literatures of doctor-patient communication in China in the CNKI database were investigated with bibliometric analysis.The results showed that,as a focused issue in health care studies,the number of the doctor-patient communication literatures increased rapidly,which had entered the peak period since 2009.Medical institutions and medical colleges were the main research groups.However,according to the Bradford＇s law and Price＇s law,the corejournals and core-authors of doctor-patient communication researches have not been formed yet,with limited influence of the published papers and academic authority.Therefore,the support of doctor-patient communication research should be strengthened.The research content should be enriched.The views and methods of research should be expanded.And the research achievements should be transformed to application fleetly.
