大数据背景下关于医学研究生生物信息学课程改革的思考

摘　　要：在生物医学大数据背景下,生物信息学虽已成为医学院校研究生教育中的重要课程,但该课程现有的教学模式和课程内容已无法满足科研与社会需求,基于该课程本身显著的实践性特点,笔者结合目前生物信息学在医学类院校研究生教育中所存在的普遍问题,提出自己对于该课程教学体系和课程内容改革的建议和方法,为培养科研临床综合型、创新型医学人才提供某些参考。In the era of big data, bioinformatics has become an indispensable course in the postgraduateeducation of medical colleges and universities. However, the traditional teaching mode and the exist-ing course content have been unable to meet the growing demand for scientific research and social de-velopment. Thus, the present paper puts forward some proposed suggestions and proposed methodsto reform teaching system and course content of bioinformatics, based on the problems existed on thebioinformatics teaching in the postgraduate education of medical colleges and universities, which willprovide insights into the cultivation of innovative medical talents with provide insights into the cultivation of innovative medical talents with comprehensive knowledge for clinicaland scientific research.
