摘 要:采用自编《普通高中心理健康教育实践情况调查问卷》对陕西省70所普通高中学校进行调查,采用《中学教师心理健康教育观念问卷》对陕西省普通高中200名心理健康教育从业人员和学校管理者进行调查。结果显示:目前陕西省普通高中有将近一半学校没有配置专职心理健康教师;有37%的学校设有专门的心理咨询辅导室,且大多数设备落后或缺乏;有32%的学校对新生进行高中生心理健康测评;心理健康教育的形式主要是讲座和心理主题班会,仅有少部分学校开设健康教育课。关于心理健康教育观念,心理健康从业教师和中学管理者在教育的目的、对象和实施效果3个维度上具有较高的认同感,而在教育的途径、与德育关系、咨询及实施者4个维度上存在不足。认为对中学生心理健康教育工作改进应更新学校管理者和教师的理念,建立和完善心理咨询、心理危机预防和干预体系等。More than 70 senior high schools and 200 school administrators and mental health edu- cation teachers in Shaanxi Province were investigated by using the questionnaire of implementation sit- uation and concept in mental health education. The results showed nearly half of the schools did not have full-time mental health teachers; 37% of the schools have a special psychological counseling room, and most of the equipment behind or lack of; 32% of the students of the high school students were evaluated on mental health; main forms of mental health education are lectures and psychological topics in class meetings. School administrators and teachers' mental health education concepts show a high sense of identity in the purpose, object and implementation effect of mental health education, and reveal some problems in the way of mental health education, the relationship between moral education and moral education, counseling and enforcer. The improvement of mental health education for senior high school students entails renewing the concept of school administrators and teachers, establishing and perfecting psychological counseling, psychological crisis prevention and intervention system, etc.
