高职发展新常态下创新学生预备党员培养模式的实践思考

摘　　要：高职发展进入新时期,只有创新人才培养模式,才能培养出适应经济社会发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。高职院校的学生党员队伍是学生群体的骨干力量,培养并发展好学生党员是高职教育的重要任务。基于高职发展的新常态,针对学生党建工作中的实际问题,结合实践经验,探讨创新高职学生预备党员培养模式。When vocational colleges enter into new era of development, it is clear that only can creative talents cultivation model cultivate high-quality technical skilled talents who can adapt to the demand of socialist development. There is no doubt that college students team of party members are the main backbone among students community. Therefore, cultivating and developing students party members is the important task for vocational education. It is essential to probe into creative cultivation model for students＇ probationary party members based on the current problems and practical experiences.
