摘 要:对3个红花草莓杂交组合:粉公主×哈尼、俏佳人×哈尼和粉公主×俏佳人后代不同花色花瓣开展花色测定、特征显色反应及紫外-可见光谱扫描分析,分析红花草莓不同花色杂交后代花瓣成色物质基础。结果表明,红花草莓杂交后代花色显著分离,呈近白色到红色变化,花色深浅变化明显,成色物质有花青素苷和黄酮类色素,不含有类胡萝卜素;同时,获得一大批不同花色红花草莓群体。研究为红花草莓花瓣中花青素苷成分进一步分离和鉴定奠定基础,为阐明不同花色红花草莓形成机理提供理论依据。In order to analyze the material foundation of flower color in pink-flowered strawberry, the hybrid seedlings with different flower colors from the crosses of Pink Princess x Honeoye, Pretty Beautyx Honeoye and Pink Princess x Pretty Beauty were investigated, including flower color measure- ment, color reaction and UV-visible spectra analysis. These results showed that the flower colors of hybrid population were widely separated, ranged from white to red, and mainly concentrated in pink. There were anthocyanins and flavones but no carotenoids in petals of pink-flowered strawberry; meanwhile, this research created lots of populations with different flower colors. It laid a foundation for the further separation and identification of the anthocyanin components in pink-flowered strawberry and provided a theoretical basis for clarifying the color formation mechanism of different flower colors in pink-flowered strawberry.
