摘  要:高校教学督导工作是学校内部教学质量监控保障体系的重要组成部分.以伊犁师范学院为例,深入分析2013年以来督导工作面临的困难和问题,针对问题研究应对策略,按照"统一领导、分工合作、以人为本、亦督亦导、以导为主、旨在提高、督中有评、评中寓导、优质服务、解决问题"的原则和理念,构建教学督导工作运行模式,通过三年的实践取得了较好的效果.Teaching supervision work in colleges and universities is an important part of interior teaching quality monitoring system. The state regulations on the education supervision have been implemented and executed since October 1, in 2012. With Yili Normal University as an example, the paper analyzes the supervision work facing the difficulties and problems since 2015, studies strategies with the problems. We construct the teaching supervision work operation mode in accordance with the "unified leadership, division of labor cooperation, people-oriented ideas, supervision with guide, priority of guide, being aimed at improvement, supervision with assessment, assess- ment with guide, quality service and solving the problem". We have got better results through three years of practice.
