摘　　要：随着新升本科院校对科研工作越来越重视,如何构建一套切实可行的科研管理体制从而实现科学高效的科研管理是很多新升本科院校急于解决的问题。激励作为管理的重要职能,自然而然地被运用到科研管理体系中来。With more attention being paid to the scientific research work by newly-built universities, it is a problemto be solved urgently how those universities construct a practicable and workable scientific research managementsystem with an aim to realize the effective management of the scientific research. Incentive mechanism plays animportant role in the management, which can undoubtedly be used in scientific research management system.
