终身教育体系的基本框架研究

摘　　要：通过对我国终身教育体系进行了认真的建设和思考,包括处理好三大关系和建设五大系统,三大关系是指终身教育和企业培训,终身教育和其他教育以及终身教育内部的各种关系,五大系统实现了工学结合,校企合作,人才成长,面向人人,终身教育发展的体系。This paper discusses the significance of handling with three major relation and the construction of five major systems after thorough understanding of lifelong education system. The three major relations refer to the relation among the lifelong education and enterprise training,lifelong education and other education and within the lifelong education; the five major systems contribute to the combination of work and study, the cooperation of colleges and enterprises,the growth of talents,the service for everyone and the development of lifelong education system.
