摘　　要：招收及培养农村订单全科医学生是我国解决当前及未来农村医疗人才严重不足的重要举措。通过在农村订单全科医学生教学过程中开展PLTL学习模式,全方位提升了农村订单全科医学生的学习能力和岗位胜任力,实现了基层医疗人才的培养目标。Recruiting and training the rural-oriented free medical students is an important measure to solve the problems for serious inadequacy of medical talents working in rural areas at present and in the future.We carried out the PLTL learning mode in the teaching process of rural-oriented free medical students,which enhanced the learning ability and post competency of the students,and attained the training objectives for the whole rural-oriented free medical students.
