摘  要:"慕课"在线教育新模式风靡全球,掀起了教育改革的新浪潮。然而在"慕课"建设本土化的过程中,渐渐暴露出教学研究跨学科创新难、教学模式课联网突破难、教学主体新模式适应难以及教学设施本土化配合难四个方面的问题。文章分析总结了"慕课"本土化建设现存问题和挑战,并从跨学科团队组建、课联网运营管理、新模式场景激励以及本土化生态建设四个方面探究了相应的解决策略,以期促进"慕课中国"的可持续发展。As a new model of online education,MOOC has become popular worldwide and set off a new wave of educational reform. However,in the process of MOOC construction,the problems in four aspects are gradually exposed including that interdisciplinary teaching research is difficult to innovate,class network teaching mode is difficult to break through,the new model of teaching is difficult to adapt to the subject and the localization of teaching facilities is difficult to match. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing localization problems and challenges of MOOC construction,and explores the corresponding countermeasures from the four aspects of the interdisciplinary team's building,class network's operation management,new model's scenarios incentives and localization's ecological construction in order to achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of MOOC in China.
