摘  要:"互联网+"形态代表的是一种与传统形态有所区别的形态,最主要的区别在于"互联网+"形态下各类信息更加对称,在这一因素影响下,企业对知识型员工的激励策略也应有所调整,以更好的激励员工。本文从"互联网+"形态带来的改变出发,论述传统企业适应新常态和知识型员工激励策略调整的方法,从而更好激发员工的主动性、创造性,为企业创造更多效益。"Internet plus" form represents a form which is different with the traditional form, the main difference is that most of information in the "Internet plus" form is more symmetrical. Under the influence of this factor,the enterprise’s incentive strategy for knowledge workers should also be adjusted, aiming at a better stimulus to employees. This article starts from the change brought from "Internet plus" , discussing the method both for traditional enterprises to adapt to the new normal and the incentive strategy for knowledge workers,so as to stimulate the initiative and creativity of employees better, ulti-mately creating more benefits for the enterprise.
