摘　　要：通过历史研究、文献检索和理论分析等方法,系统地总结柏林大学取得的成就:完善高等教育职能、奠定教学科研统一的原则、确立哲学学科地位、培养杰出人才。其取得成就的原因在于:精神文化的锻造、外在力量的强力支持和一流师资的科研与教学等。柏林大学的辉煌成就带有积极的启示:准确把握教育本质、利用教学影响和注重学科思维形成。This article based on the historical methods, documents retrieval and theory analysis, conclude the achievements of it： improve the function of higher education, form the principle of research and instruction, make the philosophy significantly and cultivate great persons. Then, analyse the reasons： university culture, strong support from government and the first—class teachers. Finally, make conclusions：handle the nature of education, emphasis the invisible effects of instruction and form the discipline thinking.
