摘  要:在潍坊市档案馆,珍藏着一封从北京市档案馆复制的毛主席亲笔改批的加急电报手稿。这份电报拟就于1949年12月1日,手稿的具体内容是:"山东分局:斯大林同志今年十二月廿一日七十大寿,中央决定送山东出产的大黄芽白菜、大萝葡(卜)、大葱、大梨子作寿礼,请你们接电后于三日内(即十二月四日以前)购买,每样五千斤,共二万斤,由中央派飞机到济南接运。飞机于十二月四日到济南。请注意时间。'The apples produced in Yantai and the pears produced in Laiyang are not as good as the skin of the Weixian radishes.' it is an old saying circulating in Shandong.Weifang have planted radishes for over 300 years.Since 1992 when the agricultural industrialization began,Weifang has been leading the province in industrialization.As a specialty and regional card,Weifang radishes are more valuable than itself.Why are Weifang radishes specialty?Radishes are originally planted along the Bailang River,Yuhe River,Weihe River in Hantin District and Weichen District,Weifang City Shandong Province,where soil is good enough to retain water and nutrient and is rich in organic matter,phosphorus and potassium,especially Potassium which is about 150 ppm in the soil.It is because of the rich soil that Weifang can produce green and delicious radishes.Radish harvest comes around Lidong in the north part of Weifang.Having experiencing frost several times,radishes start to break down their starch into sugar.As a result of this chemical process,the quality of the radishes is improved.Weifangers would brew a pot of tea and slice radish into pieces,and then taste the sliced radish while sipping tea to help produce saliva and quench thirst,to clear phlegm.
