摘  要:目的探讨基层精神科不同层级护士对护理继续教育的需求。方法选取某市二级医院及以下的基层精神科护士360名作为本次的调查对象,采用自制问卷调查的形式对其相关信息进行录入分析。选取有效调查问卷350份,对精神科护士在继续教育培训中参加的目的、继续教育内容的需求、实施继续教育的方式以及影响精神病专科护理继续教育开展的因素等进行调查。结果基层精神科护士进行继续教育的目的是为了开拓视野,提升自身综合素质,不断提高专业水平;对继续教育培训内容需求等进行分析,是为了给精神科护士提供相关专业知识的能力以及护理理念的创新,同时提高其急救及突发事件应急处置能力。通过本次调查可知,基层精神科护士获取知识的动力强烈。结论 350名护士对护理继续教育的需求强烈,继续教育作为强化及提升护士专业能力的途径,效果显著。Objective To explore the needs of nursing continuing education for nurses at different levels in the basic level. Methods 360 of the two level hospitals and below of psychiatric nurses were selected as the research object in this city, using the self-made questionnaire survey on the related information input analysis. Select the 350 valid questionnaires of psychiatric nurses in continuing education and training for the purpose, the content of continuing education requirements and implement the way of continuing education and the impact of psychiatric nursing continuing education factors survey. Results The basic psychiatric nurse continuing education aims to broaden their horizons and improve their comprehensive quality, and constantly improve the professional level of continuing education; training needs analysis, in order to give psychiatric nurses ability to provide relevant professional knowledge and innovation of nursing concept, and improve the capacity of emergency and emergency disposal. Through this investigation, we can know that the power of the basic psychiatric nurses to obtain knowledge was strong. Conclusion The demand for continuing education of 350 nurses was strong, continuing education as a way to strengthen and enhance the professional ability of nurses, the effect was remarkable.
