摘 要:目的探究眼科教学中临床路径教学方法的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年6月在眼科学习的研究生、进修生和规培生50名,按教学方式的不同随机分为实验组和对照组各25名。实验组给予临床路径式教学,对照组给予传统方式教学,对两组学习结束后的理论知识考核成绩、临床病例诊断考核成绩和带教方法满意度进行调查。结果无论是在理论知识考核、临床病例诊断考核还是带教方法上,临床路径教学组都高于传统教学方式组(P〈0.05)。结论在眼科应用临床路径教学法进行教学,相比传统的教学方法,能更好地提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in ophthalmology. Methods 50 students were divided into experimental group and control group according to different teaching methods in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016. 25 students in each group. The students of experimental group accepted the clinical pathway teaching method, and the students of control group accepted the traditional teaching method. At the end of study, the scores of the students, including their theoretical knowledge examination and clinical case diagnosis examination, were analyzed by statistics. The satisfaction degree of the students to the different teaching methods was also investigated. Results The scores of the students accepting clinical pathway teaching method were higher than the students accepting the traditional teaching method. The students were more satisfied with the clinical pathway teaching method(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared to the traditional method, the clinical pathway method can more improve the teaching quality in ophthalmology.
