城镇化进程中转型农民继续教育途径研究

摘　　要：在城镇化经济建设深入发展的今天,传统的农民向城镇市民的转型,目前已然成为城镇化建设成功与否的关键。而传统农民向城镇市民转化,这种身份的转型,可以说是离不开继续教育的。在分析城镇化进程中转型农民的继续教育新需求基础上,通过透析转型农民继续教育过程中存在的现实问题,提出切实可行的改进措施,从而深化对转型农民继续教育的理论研究和实践探索。In the era of the urbanization and economic development, the transition of traditional farmers to the urban citizens has currently already become the key to the success of urbanization construction. The conversion of traditional farmers to the urban citizens could not be separated from the continuing education. Based on the analysis of the new demand for continuing education of the transiting farmers in the process of urbanization, this paper studied on the actual problems of continuing education among the transiting farmers, put forward some practical measures, so as to deepen the theoretical research and practical exploration of the continuing education for the transiting farmers.
