摘  要:针对国内机车柴油机双层隔振设计参数问题,采用理论分析的方法分别推导了柴油机、中间质量的振幅与质量比、频率比和阻尼比之间的函数关系式,并构建了柴油机、中间质量的振幅频率响应曲面,研究了双层隔振系统参数变化对系统振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:中间质量与柴油机的质量比为0.6,可满足系统隔振、设备总质量和成本的要求;可通过柴油机和中间质量的振幅频率响应曲面选择一级隔振器刚度、二级隔振器刚度范围,为双层隔振系统隔振器刚度优化提供基础数据和理论依据。Aiming at the problem of two-stage vibration isolation design in domestic locomotive diesel engine, a functional relations formula between diesel engine amplitude as well as intermediate mass amplitude and mass ratio frequency ratio and damping ratio were derived by theoretical analysis method. Amplitude frequency response surfaces of diesel engine and intermediate mass were constructed, respectively. Then influence law of parameter variations of system vibration characteristic was studied. The results showed that the mass ratio between intermediate mass and diesel engine was 0.6, which met the requirement of vibration isolation, the total mass of the equipment and the cost. Primary and secondary isolator stiffness ranges could be selected respectively by diesel engine and intermediate mass amplitude frequency response surfaces. This could provide fundamental data and theoretical basis for isolator stiffness optimization in two-stage vibration isolation system.
