摘 要:针对圆锯片的减振降噪拓扑优化设计,基于混合元胞自动机算法建立了以结构振动衰减、噪声降低为设计目标,以指定位置载荷力响应、位移响应为多约束条件的动力学拓扑优化模型,得到了满足刚度条件下锯片的最优开槽形式。将该优化锯片与普通锯片进行噪声分析比较,结果表明:优化结构在时域上降低了噪声声压级5~6 d B,在频域上明显降低了声压响应幅度、分散了声压能量,混合元胞自动机算法可为低噪声锯片的动力学拓扑设计提供新思路和理论支持。The topology optimization design was performed on the vibration and noise reduction of the circular saw blade. A dynamic optimization model was established based on hybrid cellular automata algorithm. The design objective was to minimize noise and reduce the structure vibration. The multi-constraints were load response and displacement response of specified locations. The optimal slot form was obtained to guarantee the structure stiffness. With the noise analysis comparison of optimal saw web and normal saw web, the conclusion showed that the noise sound pressure level was reduced 5-6 dB in the optimization structure in the time domain. The sound pressure energy was dispersive in the frequency domain. It was shown that the study provided a new direction and theory support for the design of low noise blade dynamics.
