摘　　要：目的:观察椎针治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:将110例痉挛性脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。两组病人选穴相同,所不同的是采用治疗的方法不同。两组病人治疗前后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)和粗大运动功能测试(GMFM-88)对患儿肌张力和粗大运动功能行进评定。观察两组治疗前后的组间疗效。结果:在GMFM分值方面观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01),从MAS评定肌张力改善方面两组即时疗效的显效率和总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:椎针治疗痉挛性脑瘫能有效降低患儿肌张力,改善痉挛指数,显著提高GMFM分值,其即时疗效及远期疗效皆优于对照组。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of vertebral needle in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods： 110 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group. The two groups of patients with the same selected points,the different is the treatment of different methods. The two groups of patients before and after treatment with modified Ashworth scale（MAS） and gross motor function test（GMFM-88） for children with muscle tension and gross motor function evaluation. Observation of the two groups before and after the treatment group efficacy. Results： the GMFM scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0. 01） from the MAS to evaluate the muscle tension and improve the curative effect of two groups of instant significant efficiency and total effective rate were significantly different（P〈0. 05）,the observation group than the control group. Conclusion： vertebral acupuncture treatment of spastic cerebral palsy can effectively reduce the muscle tension,improve the spasm index,significantly improve the GMFM score,its immediate efficacy and long-term efficacy are better than the acupuncture control group.
