摘　　要：基于哈尔滨市2003年—2013年度房地产市场运行数据,通过线性回归分析模型,得到哈尔滨市住宅价格变动的回归方程,分析了影响其住宅价格的因素,为类似问题的研究提供参考。Based on the data of real-estate market operation during 2003—2013 in Harbin,the paper concludes the regression equation in the price changes in the buildings of Harbin by the linear regression analysis,and analyzes the factors affecting its residential prices,so as to provide some reference for the research on similar problems.
