摘　　要：建立完善的合作利益分配机制是确保校企合作教育事业可持续发展的关键。通过深入探讨校企合作利益的分配机制,以期加深对校企合作运行机制的理解,进而提出进一步推进航空企业校企合作的对策建议。在校企双方关于合作利益分配机制的协商谈判过程中,合作的可持续性、谈判双方的耐心以及合作利益分配方案先行提出权的掌握,是决定合作利益分成比例的三个关键因素。Establishment of perfect mechanism of cooperative benefit allocation of school-enterprise cooperation is the key to ensure education for sustainable development.Through in-depth discussion allocation mechanisms of cooperation between schools and enterprises interests, in order to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises operating mechanism of understanding, thus promoting the smooth progress of cooperation between enterprises. Sustainability in the negotiation process of the two sides on cooperation between schools and enterprises benefit distribution mechanisms in the negotiations,on this basis, the negotiating parties have the right patience and cooperation interests first proposed the first-mover advantage allocation scheme, it is to determine the benefits of cooperation into three key factors scale.
