摘 要:为加快边远、民族地区教育发展,寻找其有效发展途径,通过访谈、问卷调查、质性研究等方法,对我国开展的全日制远程教学进行了深入调查研究。全日制远程教学通过卫星、网络等信息技术,将城市优秀教师智慧辐射到边远、民族地区,为该地区学生成长和教师专业发展开辟出新的天地,有效地解决了困扰我国多年的偏远地区教育发展中的问题。其成功经验带来许多启示,边远、民族地区教育要实现大的发展,关键在于敢于突破"梯度理论"束缚,树立学生自信,引入城市巨大发展动力,名校带领薄弱校发展。全日制远程教学已经探索出一条利用信息技术促进边远、民族地区优质教育资源共享、实现跨越式发展的新路。In order to accelerate the development of education in remote and ethnic areas and find a effective way of development, we have implemented in-depth investigation and study of the full time distance education in our country through interviews, questionnaires, qualitative research and other methods. The full time distance education spreads the wisdom of excellent urban teachers to remote and ethnic areas via satellite,network and other information technology, which has opened up a new space for students growth and teachers' professional development in these areas, and effectively solved the five problems plaguing our country for many years in the education development of these areas. Its successful experience brings us a lot of inspiration: if we want to achieve a leap-forward development in the education in these areas, the key lies in the courage to break through the "gradient theory" thinking, the establishment of students' confidence, the introduction of the huge development momentum of cities, and the lead of elite schools. Full time distance education has explored a new way of promoting the sharing of high quality educational resources and realizing a leap-forward development in remote and ethnic areas through information technology.
