摘　　要：全身体格检查是医学生进入临床前阶段的重要学习内容，掌握好与其相关的理论与操作方法能够为今后疾病诊断和临床实践打好基础。探讨对医学留学生采取全英文授课的全身体格检查教学是一项有意义的工作，如何改善教学模式和教学方法，分析教学工作中以及考试中存在的问题是优化教学的关键。在教学工作中，结合留学生特质，总结经验，采取多样化的教学模式，优化考核标准，可使医学留学生牢固掌握体格检查的基础知识，为其顺利过渡成为国际水准的临床医师打下坚实基础。Learning general physical examination is one of the important contents for medical students to become interns, it is the basis for clinical practice and disease diagnosis. Teaching physical examination to foreign medical students is a meaningful work. Improving teaching modes and methods, analyzing problems during teaching and exams are key points in optimizing the quality of teaching. Based on the idiosyncracy of individual student, accumulating teaching experience, taking diverse teaching methods, improving the standard of exams, teachers can help students master the knowledge of physical examination thus lay a foundation for them to become international clinicians.
