应用型本科院校人才培养的探究与实践——以齐鲁师范学院生物科学专业为例

摘　　要：地方本科高校向应用技术大学转型已经成为国家战略。地方本科院校的专业建设如何契合国家战略、实现转型发展,业已成为当前高等教育改革的核心研究课题。本篇论文结合齐鲁师范学院生物科学专业应用型本科人才培养的实践,针对应用型人才的特点和目前应用型本科人才培养存在的问题,在教育教学理念和人才培养模式等方面进行了初步探究。The reform of higher education resulted in the transition of undergraduate training from pure science-oriented to application-oriented in local university, and this transition has been the national strategy. The implementation of this transition is the main focus for the local university to meet this national strategy. This paper based on the practice of application-oriented undergraduate training in the School of Life Sciences, Qilu Normal University, discussed the main problems of the current training mode, introduced the new training plan and teaching philosophy in how to meet the requirements of the society for undergraduates majoring in biology.
