摘　　要：医疗联合体是实现分级诊疗的有效形式,在基层卫生人才队伍建设中具有招聘平台高、途径多、专业性强和培训成效好等优势。以"盛泽医疗联合体"为例介绍了一体化管理下基层卫生人才队伍建设的实践经验,探讨符合新医改精神的基层医学人才培养与引进模式。Medical alliance is the effective way to realize hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and it has the advantages of high recruitment platform, multiple channels, professional operation and satisfactory training effect. Through taking “Shengze Medical Alliance” as an example, the paper introduces the practice of constructing basic-level health talent team under integrated management model, and explores the ways of introducing and training basic-level health talents guided by new medical reform spirits.
