行业紧密型工科专业实践教学改革探索

摘　　要：行业紧密型工科专业的人才培养立足于培养适应行业岗位需求,具有较强的工程实践与创新能力的工程技术人才。该类型专业的行业特色鲜明,体现培养目标与行业紧密结合,有相关行业介入并深度融合,形成合作育人的共识和行动,人才培养满足服务区域发展需求。基于行业紧密型粮食工程专业人才培养,从实践教学培养方案改革内容、校企合作创新实践体系、改革实践教学方法、构建实践教学质量保障体系4个方面,对工科专业实践教学改革进行研究,通过改进专业实践教学体系,进一步加强学生动手实践能力,并探索利用互联网构建相应的实践考核评价体系,以期对实现行业紧密型工科专业实践教学培养目标、提高综合实践教学效果提供有效途径,对提高实践教学质量、提高学生创新实践能力提供方法与思路。Personnel training in science and engineering profession knitted professional demand in industry together with the education of engineering personnel with innovation and practice capability.These professions are typically specialized.The aim of education curriculum is closely related to the need of the professionalization practice,deeply integrated with the related industry and greatly involved by professional talents.Therefore,a cooperation pattern has been strongly formed between educational institute and professional field.The personnel trained under this pattern could meet the demand of career development.This study is based on the personnel training in grain engineering.It mainly presents the following four sections including the reform of teaching practice,the innovation in institute-enterprises cooperation in teaching practice,the reform of teaching methodology in teaching practice,the build of a quality assurance system in teaching practice to supported the reforms.The purpose of this paper is to study the teaching practice in science and engineering.This paper discusses the modification of practice teaching program to foster the students practice ability,introduction of internet to the evaluation system in the teaching practice.Based on these effective methods,the practice teaching will be greatly improved in teaching efficiency and students＇practice capability.
