摘 要:教师身份认同研究是教师教育研究领域的热点问题,对大学英语青年教师身份认同进行深入系统的研究对促进教师专业发展有着极其重要的意义。采用问卷调查方法与叙事研究方法对大学英语青年教师身份认同现状及其影响因素进行研究,研究发现,大学英语青年教师除处境身份认同外,整体身份认同情况较好。影响大学英语青年教师身份认同的因素主要来自于学生、科研任务、职称晋升、教学等方面。Researches into teachers' identity are popular in the field of teachers' education. Systematic studies on young college English teachers' identity are of great importance to teacher development and higher education. Applying questionnaire investigation and interview in the perspective of narrative inquiry, this study aims to explore the current situation of young college English teachers' identity and its influencing factors. It is found out that the current situation of young college English teachers' identity is generally good except situated identity. The factors that influence young college English teachers' identity come from students, scientific research work, promotion of higher academic titles,teaching and society.
