摘 要:目的对南京城区青少年攻击性行为进行调查,并分析其影响因素。方法采用自编一般情况调查表及Aehenbach儿童行为量表(家长用表,CBCL)对南京市6个区12~16岁2339名青少年进行调查。结果(1)攻击性行为的检出率为3.21%,女生和男生、独生子女和非独生子女攻击性行为检出率差异无统计学意义(x2=0.00,P〉0.05;x2=2.83,P〉0.05)。(2)攻击性行为因子均分为(4.55±5.01)分,男女生攻击性行为因子均分分别为(4.75±5.13)分、(4.35±4.90)分。(3)攻击性男生的攻击性行为因子与体诉、分裂样、交往不良、强迫、敌意、违纪、多动之间均存在显著正相关(r=0.74,0.66,0.60,0.55,0.58,0.69,0.59,均P〈0.01);攻击性女生的攻击性行为因子与焦虑强迫、体诉、抑郁退缩、分裂样、不成熟、违纪、残忍之间存在显著正相关(r=O.40,0.41,0.41,0.55,0.56,0.76,0.73,均P〈0.05)。(4)学习成绩差(OR=1.75.95%C1:1.26—2.42)、与家人关系不和(OR=1.96,95%C1:1.23~3.12)、与周围人关系不和(OR=2.66,95%CI:1.67~4.24)是青少年攻击性行为的主要危险因素(均P〈0.05)。结论青少年攻击性行为存在与内外化问题行为共发的风险;学业表现及人际关系差可预测青少年攻击性行为的发生。Objective To investigate the aggressive behavior of adolescents in urban areas of Nan- jing,and analyze the influence factor of aggressive behavior. Methods Self-designed General Condition Questionnaire and Achenbach Child Behavior Scale ( CBCL for parents ) were applied to 2 339 students aged 12-16 years old in six districts of Nanjing. Results ( 1 ) The detection rate of aggressive behavior was 3.21%. And it had no stastical difference in gender( x2 = 0.00,P〉0.05) and in children with or without sib- lings ( x2 = 2.83, P〉0.05). (2) The score of aggressive factor was ( 4.55 ± 5.01 ). The scores of boys' and girls' aggressive factor were ( 4.75 ± 5.13 ) and ( 4.35 ± 4.90), respectively. ( 3 ) In the aggressive group of boys ,significant positive correlations were found between aggressive behavior and other problematic behaviors,in- cluding somatic complaints, schizoid, bad communication, compulsion, hostility, discipline and hyperactivity ( r = 0.74,0.66,0.60,0.55,0.58,0.69,0.59,all P〈0.01). In the aggressive group of girls,significant positive correla- tions were found between aggressive behavior and other problematic behaviors, including anxiety, somatic complaints, depression withdrawal, schizoid, immature, discipline and cruel ( r= 0.40,0.41,0.41,0.55,0.56, 0.76,0.73, all P〈0.05). (4) Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that poor academic perform-anee ( OR= 1.75,95% CI : 1.26-2.42) ,bad relationship with families( OR= 1.96,95% CI :1.23-3.12) and poor relationship with surrounding people ( OR= 2.66,95% CI :1.67-4.24) were the main risk factors con- tributed to aggressive behavior of adolescents ( all P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Aggressive behavior of adolescents may co-occur with internalizing and externalizing behaviors ; besides, poor academic performance and interper- sonal relationship may predict the occurrence of aggressive behavior of adolescents.
