摘  要:目的对山东省医学院校各年级医学生沟通能力情况进行综合评价,为更好的促进医学生沟通能力提升提供依据。方法综合运用RSR法和TOPSIS法对山东省3所医学院校5个年级的医学生沟通能力进行综合评价。结果通过评价将山东省各年级医学生沟通能力分为三档,其中大二医学生沟通能力最好,大四医学生沟通能力最差,其他年级医学生沟通能力为中等。结论 RSR法和TOPSIS法相结合进行综合评价,能够更加科学、直观地反映各年级医学生的沟通能力情况。目前医学生沟通能力总体情况较好,但大四医学生沟通能力有待进一步提升,应加强对医学生沟通能力的重视程度,重点加强对大四阶段医学生医患沟通能力的培养。Objective To comprehensively evaluate communication ability among medical students of every grade in medical collages and universities of Shandong province, and to provide basis for promote the communication ability of medical students. Methods The methods of rank sum ratio and TOPSIS were used to evaluate the communication ability of medical students in 5 grades of 3 medical collages and universities in Shandong province. Results The communication ability of medical students among every grade in Shandong province were divided into three level by general evaluation. The communication ability of sophomores are the best, senior students' are the worst, and others are in the medial. Conclusion The methods of RSR and TOPSIS are combined to make comprehensive evaluation, which can be more scientific and intuitive to reflect the communication ability of medical students in different grades. Now the general situation of medical students' communication ability is good, but senior students" communication ability need to be further improved. The communication ability of medical students should be taken seriously. And the doctor-patient communication ability of senior students should be paid more attention.
