赣南农村留守儿童教育选择权实现问题的调查研究

摘　　要：教育选择权是一项重要的人权。留守儿童依法享有教育选择权,但在实现过程中较之于其他群体面临着更多的现实制约。江西赣州是一个劳务输出大市,农村留守儿童人数众多,约占全国的1.5%。对其教育选择权实现问题进行调查研究,进而探讨政府对此承担的公共责任与行动策略,具有重要的现实意义和样本价值。留守儿童家庭要更为重视家庭伦理,承担起应有的家庭教育责任和教育选择责任。Educational Choice Right is an important human right. The left-behind children have educational choice right conferred by law, but they confront with more practical confinements than other social groups. Since Ganzhou of Jiangxi province is a city of labor export, there are a large number of rural left-behind children, about 1.5% of the country. It is of great significance and value to have an investigation of implementing educational choice right of rural left-behind children, which facilitates to explore the government＇s public responsibility and action strategy. The family with left-behind children should pay more attention to the family ethics and shoulder more responsibilities of family education and education choice right.
