摘　　要：园艺产品品质分析课程是高等学校园艺专业的一门重要课程,但随着园艺产品种类日渐丰富,品质分析的内容也不断更新,传统的教学模式已不能适应新的社会需求。针对教学过程中部分教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一、实践教学不足和考核模式单一等问题,笔者所在教学团队提出了相应的改革方案,以期为本课程教学改革提供参考,适应教育改革的新形势、提高素质教育、提升教学水平、培养符合时代需要的专业型人才。Quality Analysis of Horticultural Products is the key course for students majored in horticulture at University.With increasing number of horticultural products ,the contents of quality analysis are updated continuously so that traditional teaching mode cannot adapt new demands from society.According to the problems related to old teaching content, single teaching methods,insufficient practical teaching and single evaluation mode, our teaching team proposed a reform scheme accordingly in order to offer references for teaching reform.This reform thought was to adapt new education situation,improve quality-oriented education and teaching level,train students to meet the contemporary needs as professionals.
