校企长期稳定合作的“共赢”原则和措施探讨

摘　　要：分析了校外实习实训基地建设中受益三方各自的需求,明确了校外实习实训基地建设互惠互利、三方受益、共同发展,满足实践教学需要和持续性的原则。讨论了发挥校企双方的优势,保障校企的长期稳定合作的措施。例如,开展对多方有利的合作项目,坚持以企业对人才的需求为第一,坚持以企业对产学研的需求为己任,为合作企业提供优先选择所需人才的机会,与企业能够资源共享等。We analyzed the benefit in the construction of off - campus practice bases three respective demand. Clear the off -campus practice bases construction, the tripartite benefit, common development, mutual benefit can meet the needs of practiceteaching and the principles of sustainability. We discussed the play the strengths of both parties and guarantee measures of tong -term and stable cooperation between university - enterprise. For example, we can conduct good for multi - party cooperationprojects and adhere to enterprise demand for production, provide preference of people they need opportunities for cooperativeenterprises, with the enterprise resource sharing, etc.
