摘  要:本文运用文献资料及实验法,基于翻转课堂的教学理念,将图卡式与翻转课堂两种教学模式有机结合,构建出一种新型的教学模式,以期充分发挥两者优势,大幅度地提升教学效果.经实践证明,基于翻转课堂的图卡式教学模式符合运动知识的认知规律,能有效地提高学生学习的兴趣;使学生学习信息的及时反馈成为现实,促进了运动表象的形成,缩短了掌握动作技术的运动周期;完全适合于体育术科项目教学的特点.In this paper,the author uses literature data and experimental methods,on the basis of flipped classroom teaching idea,combines the card type teaching and the flipped classroom,builds a new type of teaching mode,in order to give full play to the advantages of both and greatly improve the teaching effect. The practice has proved that the new type of classroom teaching mode accords with the cognitive law of sports knowledge,not only can effectively improve the students' interest in learning and make the students' feedback in learning to become a reality,but also promote the formation of movement imagery,shorten the movement cycle of mastering movement technology,completely suit for the characteristics of the sports skill teaching.
