我国视障与听障儿童家庭需求和家庭生活质量现状及关系研究

摘　　要：本研究使用《残疾儿童家庭需要评估》量表,对我国视障与听障儿童家庭需求和家庭生活质量进行问卷调查。研究发现,视障与听障儿童家长在养育子女的过程中,生活质量满意度处于中等水平但存在较大程度上对外界支持的需求。经济需求是影响残疾儿童整体家庭生活质量的重要因素,尤其影响家长的情感健康和身体健康;休闲娱乐需求对整体家庭生活质量也有影响,家庭资源状况也影响家长的身体健康。面对视障和听障儿童家庭生活现状,应当通过提供多样化的保障和个别化的支持,帮助家庭走出困境并促进家庭其家庭功能的实现。This study used the ＂Family Needs Scale for Children with Disabilities＂ to investigate family needs and family quality of life of children with visual and hearing impairment in China. The study showed that, parents＇ satisfaction of quality of life was in the medium level, but parents demanded for external support to a large extent. Economic needs was an important factor affecting family quality of life, and it also impacted the overall family quality of life, emotional and physical factors; family resources impacted physical and entertainment factors, and it also impacted the overall quality of family life. As the status of family life of children with visual and hearing impairment, diverse and individualized supports should be provided to help family with the purpose to improve family function.
