摘　　要：幼儿教师的数学基础知识、基本技能、思想方法、活动经验和教育教学能力是影响数学活动组织与实施的重要因素,教师在组织活动前的思考与调整,活动实施后的反思与改进将有助于幼儿认知能力的发展和知识结构的提升.Mathematics of basic knowledge, basic skill, thinking method, activity experience and teaching ability are the important factors which influence the organization and implementation of mathematics activities. The reflection and improvement of teachers’ activities before the implementation of the activities will help the development of children’s cognitive ability and the improvement of the structure of knowledge.
