摘  要:描述了全新悬置系统设计的完整过程,以动力总成刚体模态和整车方向盘和座椅导轨的隔振性能为设计优化目标,采用蒙特卡罗方法进行悬置系统的优化,并进行了系统稳健性分析。优化后,悬置的隔振量提高了13dB,整车座椅振动降低10dB,从而达到设计优化整车振动性能的目的,满足了客户舒适性要求。The full process of designing a powertrain mount (PT) was prestned. Taking PT's rigid mode and the isolation of vehicle's steering wheel and seats from vibration as design improvement targets, the PT mounting system were designed and optimized by Monte Carlo method, including robust design. As a result, the vibration of the mounting system is improved by 13 dB, and that of the seats by 10 dB, meeting customers' requirement for comfort.
