摘　　要：文章结合国家骨干高职院建设过程中师资队伍建设的工作实践,提出建立高职师资长效培训机制的思考,指出明确培训目标,加强培训需求分析,注重培训内容设计,丰富培训内涵建设,构建长效培训机制是做好高职师培工作的重要举措,是提升高职院校内涵建设的重要智力保障。This article analyzes the implement approaches and strategies of the higher vocational teachers＇development. It states the idea that it is a major measure to identify the training targets, enhance the training needs analysis, emphasize the training content design, enrich the training connotation and build an effective training system, which is also an important intellectual support for the connotation construction of higher vocational education.
