摘　　要：本文从知识共享视角考察了变革型和交易型领导、知识产权保护能力和组织创新气氛的关系,结果发现:变革型领导对组织创新气氛有显著正向影响,交易型领导对组织创新气氛没有影响;知识产权保护能力没有调节变革型领导与组织创新气氛之间的关系,但是知识产权保护能力与交易型领导的交互作用对组织创新气氛产生了正向影响。The paper explores the impact of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on intellectual property protection ability and organizational innovative climate from the perspective of knowledge sharing. The result finds that transformational leadership has significant positive effects on organizational innovative climate,transactional leadership has no effects on organizational innovation climate. Intellectual property protection ability cannot adjust the relationship between transactional leadership organizational innovative climate,while the interaction between intellectual property protection ability and transactional leadership has positive impact on organizational innovative climate.
