校企合作环境下高职人才培养策略探析

摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育人才培养的主要途径之一。在校企合作环境下,根据目前的现状分析及学生自身特点,从学生分类培养、模块化教学、多样性的教师激励机制及多元化的评价体系等方面提出了相关的人才培养策略。University-enterprise cooperation is one of the main ways for higher vocational education talents training. In university-enterprise cooperation environment, according to the present situation analysis and student characteristics, we put forward the related talents training strategy according to classification from the student＇s culture, modular teaching, and teachers＇ incentive mechanism and diversified evaluation system.
