摘 要:从武夷山森林腐烂枯叶及附近土壤中筛选分离得到1株产纤维素酶活力较高的菌株CS-7。通过形态特征观察和16S rDNA序列分析,将其鉴定为蜡状芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。对菌株CS-7所产纤维素酶的相关酶学特性进行研究,结果表明,该菌株所产纤维素酶CMC酶活为7.91 U/mL,FPA酶活为2.40 U/mL;酶的最适反应温度和最适反应pH分别为60℃和6;在40-50℃温度范围内热稳定性较好;在pH 5.0-7.0范围内pH稳定性较好。研究结果表明,CS-7菌株是能产生耐高温中性纤维素酶的菌株,具有进一步研究开发利用的潜力。A cellulase producing strain CS-7 was isolated from soil samples collected from forest decayed leaf and soil around Wuyishan. Based on morphological and physiological characterization, CS-7 was characterized as Bacillus cereus. The enzymatic properties of cellulase from CS-7 were studied. The results showed that the CMCase activity of enzyme produced by CS-7 was 7.91 U / mL. The FPase activity was 2.40 U / mL. The optimal conditions for the enzymatic reaction were 60 ℃ and6.0. The enzyme preparations of CS-7 strain were stable at 40-50 ℃ and pH 5.0-7.0. These results indicated that microbial strain CS-7 could produce heat-resistant neutral cellulase which has great potential for further exploration and utilization.
