摘 要:对某高科技劳动密集型制造企业进行了实证调查,从工作特征因素和个体因素角度探讨了新生代产业工人工作倦怠影响因素。研究结果表明:工作—家庭冲突与工作倦怠存在正相关关系;职业回报、社会支持与工作倦怠存在负相关;心理韧性在工作—家庭冲突和工作倦怠之间起调节作用;心理韧性在社会支持与工作倦怠之间起到中介作用。This paper made a survey in a high-tech and labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises by questionnaire,and explored the new generation industrial workers burnout factors from the work situational factors and individual factors. Results showed that,firstly,the work- family conflict and job burnout were positively correlated. Secondly,career return,social support and job burnout were negatively correlated. Thirdly,resilience had moderated effect between work- family conflict and job burnout. Resilience mediated the relationship between social support and job burnout.
