摘　　要：构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学,不仅是中国经济建设和改革实践提出的一种理论要求,而且也是中国经济学发展的重要机会。寻求中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论出发点或基础是构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学的一个重要前提。基于中国特色社会主义政治经济学的性质,马克思主义政治经济学应该是其理论源泉,西方经济学可以作为理论借鉴,而马克思主义哲学和中国传统文化则是其方法论基础。当然,作为构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论基础并不是指马克思主义政治经济学、西方经济学、马克思主义哲学和中国传统文化的全部理论,而是那些能够与中国现实相契合并有一定解释力的理论。Building the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is not only a theoretical requirement of China＇s economic construction and reform practice,but a significant opportunity for China＇s economic development as well. It is an important premise to seek the theoretical starting point or basis of the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics in terms of its construction. Considering the nature of the socialist political economics,marxist political economics should be the source of its theory,western economics is used as a theoretical reference,and marxist philosophy and Chinese traditional culture is its basis of methodology. Of course,the theoretical basis of building the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics does not refer to the entire of marxist political economics,western economics,marxist philosophy and Chinese traditional culture,but those which can be connected with China＇s reality and have certain explanatory theories.
