摘　　要：创新、协调、绿色、开放与共享的"发展新理念"是我国现代化建设民生与发展恒久主题的理论形态与现实追求,是中国特色科学发展理论的创新与升华,为中国现代化建设与管理提供了新理念、新思路、新动力、新要求,对于全面深化改革具有重要的引领与指导作用。中国现代管理理论是"发展新理念"的理论体现与现实愿景,也是关于经济社会发展的逻辑要求与理论归结。The ＂New Concept of Development＂ conveying innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,is the theoretical form and realistic pursuit towards the modernization of our people＇s livelihood and the theme of eternal development. And it is also the innovation and enhancement of scientific development theory with Chinese characteristics,providing new concepts,new ideas,new impetus and new requirements for modernization and management in China. Moreover,it plays an important part in leading and guiding the overall reform in depth. Chinese modern management theory is not only the theoretical embodiment and realistic pursuit of the ＂New Concept of Development＂,but the logical requirement and theoretical conclusion as to the economic and social development as well.
