雾霾天气状况下实施高校体育教学的对策研究

摘　　要：雾霾天气状况下,从事室外体育运动,会对学生的身心健康产生危害。如何在雾霆天气下能健康的进行体育教学成了摆在相关教育部门和一线体育教师而前的一个重要课题。高校体育教学,应以健康第一为指导思想,制定一套应对不同级别雾霾天气开展体育教学的应对机制,从制度层面规范和完善高校体育教学的有序开展,从而达到增进大学生身心健康的目的。高校体育教学应根据不同雾霾预警等级,采用相对应的体育教学模式。在严重雾霾天气状况下,高校职能部门应发布警示,停止室内外一切体育教学活动,以保护大学生的身心健康不受侵害。同时,应加强高校师生应对雾霾的心理疏导,开设应对雾霾的体育专项教学,同时大力完善高校室内体育教学场所,抗击雾霾,通过体育教学,增进学生身心健康。In the Haze weather, sports will cause harm of student＇s physical and mental health. It＇ s important problem about to physical education in the Haze. Physical education should be the guiding thought of health first, to develop a response for different levels haze weather, to standard physical education use The rules, colleges and universities should be based on different Haze warning level, physical education adopt the corresponding teaching mode. In the serious Haze weather, the functional departments of colleges should release warning, and stop all of indoor and outdoor sports,to protect the students5 health, the teachers and students should be strengthened the fog haze of psychological counseling, colleges should set up the sports to cany out the haze, to improve the indoor sports places to fight the fog haze.
