摘  要:为了延长新鲜荔枝在常温下的货架期,使用实验室自主研发的改性薄膜材料制成多功能气调包装袋对新鲜荔枝进行贮藏实验,以裸放组和普通低密度聚乙烯包装袋为对照组。实验过程中对样品进行包装袋内气体组分、质量损失率、褐变指数、感官与口感、理化指标等测试。结果表明:裸放组的荔枝在1-2天内即发生褐变,失去商业价值;聚乙烯包装袋组的样品在实验的第2天就出现了发霉的情况,效果不佳;多功能气调包装袋组的样品在实验的第4-5天仍然可以保持较好的品质,说明多功能气调包装袋在常温下可延长新鲜荔枝的货架期。mbIn order to prolong the shelf life of fresh litchi under normal temperature, it uses the modified films making by the laboratory to make storage experiment of fresh litchi. The control groups were bare discharge group and ordinary low density polyethylene bags group. During the experiment, the gas composition, weight loss rate, browning index, sensory taste, physical and chemical indexes of the samples were tested. The experimental results showed that the litchi in bare discharge group was browning and lose the value of the business within 1 ?2 days. There have been cases of mildew on the samples of polyethylene bags on effect was not good. The sample of the multifunctional air conditioning package group could still maintain a good quality in the experiment of 4 ?5 days. Multi functional air conditioning packaging bags could extend the shelf life of fresh litchi at room temperature.
