摘 要:为提高DPF再生时机判断的准确性,通过DPF加载试验和压降特性试验,分析了DPF的加载过程和不同碳载量下的压降特性,利用压降与碳载量的线性关系,提出了一种基于压降数据估算碳载量的方法,并利用试验数据进行了验证。结果表明,在小排气流量区域,由于不同碳载量的压降曲线比较接近,且压降数据测量精度不足,导致碳载量估算的偏差较大,精度有待提高;其它排气流量区域内,碳载量估算偏差较小,尽管受到压降数据测量准确性和碳载量与压降关系的实际非线性的影响,碳载量估算偏差仍在±0.5g/L范围内。For more accurately judging the opportune moment of DPF regeneration,the loading process and the pressure drop characteristics under different soot mass of DPF are analyzed through engine bench tests. Using the linear relationship between soot mass and pressure drop across the filter,a method of soot loading estimation based on pressure drop is proposed and validated by test data. The results show that under low exhaust flow conditions,the pressure drop curves of different soot loadings are very close,and the measuring accuracy of pressure drop is relatively low,leading to larger dispersion of soot mass estimation. For the other exhaust flow conditions,the dispersion of soot mass estimation is relatively small,though being affected by the measuring accuracy of pressure drop and the actual nonlinearity of the relationship between soot mass and pressure drop,the dispersion is still within the range of ± 0. 5g / L.
