高职生综合训练与实践创新型课程设计与研究

摘　　要：三年制高职生专业技术课程学习在第五学期就基本结束,即将顶岗实习而进入就业准备阶段。针对就业前学生实际的知识掌握、技术综合应用能力、技能状况,应该进行针对性的强化训练,使之全面提高技术技能水平,达到用人单位和企业的基本要求。通过多年教学实践,提出专业技术课程结束后、顶岗实习前,在毕业班学生开设"综合训练与实践"创新型课程;并在总结课程教学经验的基础上,对该课程的理念、目标和实施方法等进行了设计与研究。Three - year vocational college students, who finish their professional courses at the end of the fifth term, will enter employment preparation period by their intemship. According to their actual knowledge, their skills of compre- hensive application ability, their skill condition, the students should receive targeted intensive training to improve their level of technical skills and to meet basic requirements of enterprises. Summarizing teaching practice for years, this paper suggests that an innovation course Comprehensive Training and Practice be set up for graduating students after their finish of professional and technical courses and before their intemship, and makes a design and research on the course idea, goal and methods on the basis of the summary of the teaching experience.
