论旅游管理专业教育中的品德培养

摘　　要：良好的品德是高素质人才的核心因素,是学校教育及旅游管理专业教育需要关注的重要问题。品德培养对提高我国的精神文明建设,旅游业的长远发展,以及学生自身方面都有着重要的影响。本文列举了旅游管理专业教育目前在培养学生品德方面存在的主要问题,在这一系列问题原因分析的基础上,提出了四大解决策略,以试图提高旅游管理专业教育在学生品德培养方面的重视。Good moral character is the core factor of high-quality talent as well as an important problem which should be. paid attention to in school education and tourism management major. The cultivation of moral character plays an important role in improving the construc- tion of spiritual civilization in our country, the long-term development of the tourism industry as well as students themselves. The main problems in the cultivation of students＇ moral character in the education of tourism management major are listed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the reason of these problems, we put forward four solutions to draw attention to the importance of the cultivation of moral character in the education of tourism management major.
